Discover the joy of Caribbean tradition in a vibrant kite-making experience where culture meets creativity! Guided by our team, you’ll craft your colourful kite using materials like wooden dowels and bright paper— It’s hands-on, family-friendly, and full of island spirit.
Kite flying is a joyful, creative pastime for both children and adults, celebrated especially during Easter. Families and communities would gather to craft vibrant, handmade kites using green agave stalks or sticks from the bushes, coloured paper, and string, turning beaches and open fields into skies filled with dancing kites.

Tour Plan
Kite Making Experience - $50/person
- Intensity: Easy
- Included: All materials provided. Participants keep their kite (tail and line excluded)
- Location: This experience can be hosted at your accommodation (subject to airspace restrictions)
- Minimum: 2 persons
- Solo bookings are welcome! You’ll either be paired with the nearest available group or may choose to confirm your experience by covering the minimum booking rate for two guests.
- Final confirmation will be provided subsequent to your booking request being sent via the booking calendar.
- A payment link will be sent after final confirmation of your booking request

We had a wonderful day out with Clemvio and his crew. My son was really curious about kite making and I wanted to check out the cave at Katouche. Clemvio combined the two activities so we were able to hike to the cave, have refreshments on the beach, then make and fly kites! Entire operation from booking to meeting up was simple and easy to follow. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. It was an exceptional and unique Anguillian experience. Highly recommend.

Clemvio and the team met us in Sandy ground. They had a table set with all of the things we would need to make our kites.
We learned about the history of kite building in Anguilla…..different types of kites for different flying experiences. It was so interesting, fun and in the end we got to fly our kites and even left with a gorgeous personalized souvenir from Celina. I would highly recommend this experience, for adults and kids alike.
