Full payment for this Experience is required at least 48 hours before the date of this Experience to secure your spot. Any cancellation made after payment but before the start time of this Experience will be subject to a cancellation fee. See our Cancellation Fee Structure:

15% (if 72-48 hours before the Experience);
30% (if 25-47 hours before the Experience) or
100% (less than 24 hours before the Experience).

Cancellations initiated by Quest Experiences will trigger a 100% refund.

Shared Charters Disclaimer

Shared charters are not confirmed until the minimum number of guests is met. Should the minimum not be reached, guests will be offered the option to:
• join an alternate available departure,
• upgrade to a private charter at the applicable private rate, or
• receive a full refund.

Please note that private charter bookings take precedence. In the event a private booking is confirmed for the same vessel and time slot, shared charter guests may be rescheduled or refunded in full.
