Payments
- To confirm your booking, we ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before your experience begins.
- Bookings made within 14 days of your arrival require full payment up front.
- All payments are handled securely through a credit card authorisation link sent with your booking confirmation.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 30+ days before your experience: Full refund (minus a small 3% processing fee).
- 15–30 days before: 50% refund of the total package cost.
- 14 days or fewer before: We’re unable to offer a refund.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Changing Your Dates
- If you need to reschedule, you can do so once for free if it’s more than 14 days before your experience.
- Within 14 days, rescheduling depends on availability and may include a 20% rebooking fee.
Weather & Safety
- If the weather or other unexpected events mean we can’t safely run an activity, we’ll either reschedule or refund the affected part of your package — your choice!
- Sometimes we may adjust the itinerary to keep things safe and enjoyable.
